Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Handran Development LLC (“Handran Development,” “we,” or “us”), a South Carolina limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit handrandevelopment.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. It is written to describe what this Site actually does, nothing more.

Information You Provide

When you submit the inquiry form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to enter:

• Your name
• Business name (optional)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• The services you’re interested in
• Your message about your business or project

If you contact us directly by email or phone, we receive whatever information you include in that communication. The Site has no accounts, file uploads, payment forms, or newsletter signups.

Information Collected Automatically

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site: for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location derived from IP address. Hosting

The Site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard server logs (including IP addresses) needed to deliver the Site and receives the contents of inquiry form submissions in order to pass them to us.

Fonts

The Site loads fonts from Fontshare and Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, those services receive your IP address and browser information as part of the request.

How We Use Information

• To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it
• To provide services if we end up working together
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it
• To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse

Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing. We do not send marketing emails or text messages to people who contact us unless they separately agree to receive them.

Cookies

The only non-essential cookies the Site sets are Google Analytics cookies described above. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing tags, session recording, or social media trackers. If you prefer not to be included in analytics, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser settings.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the Site and respond to you:

• Netlify: website hosting and form processing (Netlify Privacy Policy)
• Google: analytics, fonts, and the email service we use to receive and respond to inquiries (Google Privacy Policy)
• Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry): font delivery

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights, and information would transfer as part of a sale or reorganization of the business if that ever occurred.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to you, evaluate or provide services, and maintain business records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. If you would like your inquiry information deleted, email us and we will honor reasonable requests.

Your Choices and Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted to us by emailing carson@handrandevelopment.com. We respond to reasonable requests even where no specific law requires it.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, the Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals or Global Privacy Control signals. Your analytics opt-out options are described in the Cookies section above.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is a business services website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to other websites, such as client projects in our portfolio. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already submitted, we will note it prominently here.
